InSpark Group is a writing, and speaking practice investigating the dynamics that shape how organizations and institutions actually work. We host an inquiry and dialogue into what the contradictions, absurdity patterns, and the signals at play reveal about how people and living systems perceive, make meaning, adapt, and act.
Founded in 2005, InSpark grew out of two decades of work with leaders and institutions. Repeatedly, the same question surfaced: what happens when formal stories no longer match lived reality?
Through our inquiry we investigate the conditions that shape what systems can perceive, interpret, and act on. The work is for leaders, practitioners, and institutions who want to engage seriously with what is actually happening not just what the formal systems are reporting.
