The Bureau
Every organization has an official story. The Bureau of Behaving Badly pays attention to everything else.
The Bureau is the investigative and satirical arm of InSpark Group;
noticing the contradictions, patterns, and absurdity dynamics that organizations produce but rarely name.
Field observations and dispatches from the Bureau live on LinkedIn and at the Age of Absurdity on Substack. The archive of past Briefs, Deep Dives and field notes are located in the Vault below.
The Brief
The Brief began at Behaving Badly HQ as a way of noticing the absurdities of organizational life. Its latest issue marked the beginning of a broader shift. New editions now continue through The Age of Absurdity, where workplace absurdity sits within a larger cultural and human story.
